NOTICE TO VISITORS

DORSCON Orange - Phase 2 with effect from 31 July 2020

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, any face-to-face visit for residents is limited to 9 visit slots per day from 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Visitors are advised to make advance appointments for your visit, please call +65 6387 4728 to secure your visit slot.

All visits will be subjected to the following restrictions:

• Each resident can have 4 designated visitors
• Only 1 designated visitor to visit the resident per any one time
• Each visit is limited to 60 minutes
• Before entry, visitor will be screened:
  - Register with Safe Entry
  - Complete Health Declaration (screened for health, travel and contact history)
  - Temperature taking
• During the visit, visitors are to:
  - Mask up
  - Hand hygiene (before/ during/ after)
  - Safe distancing of at least 1 metre
